At StadsKliniek, we think it’s important that you receive good service as a customer. Unfortunately, it’s possible that you won’t be satisfied with our care. When this is the case, we hope to receive feedback so we can improve our services. We take every complaint seriously and always try to resolve each complaint as well as possible on a personal level.
